Songwriter, Bev Nelson, has always found the more you give, the more you get back.  This is exactly what she decided to do when she began songwriting.  Bev, and her husband, Cliff, became Coordinators of the Los Angeles N.S.A.I. (Nashville Songwriters Association International).  They led the L.A. group for five years until they started the Orange County N.S.A.I. and ran that group for another five years.  During that time, she established strong relationships with many talents songwriters and artists, locally and in Nashville.  She continues to make frequent writing trips to Nashville to collaborate with many of her talented friends, some of which have reached #1 on the charts.  Both, Bev and Cliff, have had publishing deals in Nashville with Sharp Objects and in California with Pen Music.  Bev and Cliff have received radio airplay, of their own, with "Got the Talking Part Done".  The song has been played on major country stations across Florida, North Carolina and West Virginia, as well as, nationally on Sirius/XM radio.  Another of her songs has received play on an ESPN affiliate, at Major League Baseball games, College Football, and the National Hockey League.  Bev and her husband, Cliff, have had their music in a television commercial, video game, and a pilot for a Disney show.  They have had their music featured in plays in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire, as well as independent films, and numerous independent cuts.  They have written songs for such charities as the United Way and had their song featured in the anniversary celebration.  Bev was a member of The Better Halfs.  The band was a trio that played in Southern California and Nashville, Tennessee.  She is currently working with an exciting new company, the OC9 Music Group, loves writing with the OC9 artists, and is anxious to see where this takes her next.
