Danielle Vernengo

Danielle Vernengo Hobert has a theater degree from Cal State Fullerton and holds a teachers credential from National University.  A few of her theater credits include; Sweepers, The American Girl Revue, Guys and Dolls, and Oklahoma.  Danielle has appeared in national television commercials (Toyota, Tropicana Orange Juice, Meier), and in various independent films along with the cult hit Veronica Mars.  She has toured elementary schools for over 13 years with a non-profit organization, Enrichment Works, performing various educational musicals.  In 2016 she wrote her own 45-minute musical "An Elf's Journey".  Danielle's vocals can be heard on a children's album Simply Harmony; gentle songs to grow by, in which she also wrote and co-produced.  While Danielle loves performing herself, her passion is working with children.  She has done both directing and musical directing for local children's productions of shows such as Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland, and Seussical.  She has been teaching acting for the past 12 years at Gary Spatz's The Playground where she is now the Director of the Orange County location.  She also runs her business All Because You Act (allbecauseyouact.com) helping actors with headshots, demo reels, and coaching.  In addition to this, she is the lead singer in the band Lost Generations
